My work is about... Facilitating certification courses and growing the EQ community in Arabic 

Professional accomplishments include... I've delivered Arabic certifications across the region,
300+ emotional intelligence assessments and debriefs, and presented on emotional intelligence in Arabic to a wide range of audiences.

 A few past experiences... I facilitated training courses focusing on EQ , Wellbeing and Customer service Since 2012, and spoken at numerous events and conferences including:
• The World EQ Summit held in India in 2017
• The World EQ Summit held in the U.A.E in 2017
• Jordan’s 2017 Women’s Entrepreneurship Day
• Jordan’s EQ summit 2018
• Grow U festival 2020
• UNYP Hope campaign 2021 and many more

Previously I worked in banking. This opened the door for comprehensive communication and customer service relevant skills where I found myself responsible for spreading the expertise built and acquired over these years.

One reason I’m personally passionate about emotional intelligence is…. EQ helped me in my personal journey, It made me be more aware and intentional which was reflected on my wellbeing and relationships .. When I was introduced to Six Seconds model ... all my life made sense which encouraged me to do the same with people around me.

I feel privileged when someone allows me to join their awareness journey. It’s my greatest passion in life – to be a part of change for the greater good, a better future for all of us.
