L’Intelligenza Emotiva (IE)

Le emozioni fanno parte della nostra vita. Sono informazioni ma soprattutto sono l’energia che ci muove. Questa energia non è sempre facile da indirizzare e  sostenere, quindi come fare? La risposta ci arriva dalle neuroscienze che ci insegnano a sviluppare la nostra Intelligenza Emotiva.

Essere intelligenti con i sentimenti vuol dire affiancare al paradigma razionale quello emotivo e individuare così le alternative più efficaci e sostenibili per noi e le persone che ci circondano. L’intelligenza emotiva  è l’ingrediente essenziale, un cruscotto fatto di competenze che possiamo misurare, apprendere e allenare per essere più efficaci e intenzionali: al lavoro, a scuola, in famiglia.
